TYPET has been the social security organization of NBG employees, retirees, and their respective families since 1934. TYPET is a non-profit health insurance carrier. It is a self-administered Health and Prevention Organization. TYPET implemented an Integrated Electronic Prescription System in collaboration with IDIKA to enhance operational capabilities.

Project Description

TEKA Systems integrated TYPET’s SAP ERP system with the IDIKA platform, enabling seamless communication and continuous data flow for enhanced processing and service delivery:

Electronic Prescription of Medicines via IDIKA
Integrated Drug Management System for streamlined operations
Reception and Processing of Prescriptions with real-time data access
Continuous Data Flow from IDIKA to SAP for accurate processing and improved service quality

The integrated system provides TYPET with real-time access to prescription data, ensuring efficient processing, improved decision-making, and enhanced service for insured members.
